Dee has lived and breathed participation and performance in tennis as a player, coach, business owner, fan and coach developer for over 20 years. She is passionate about coach and player development, mentoring and education; aiming to stretch their comfort zone to become the best coach and player they want to become.


Dee is currently the Workforce Development Specialist at Tennis Australia where she focuses on developing training and content to fill gaps in National programs such as ANZ Tennis Hot Shots across the country. Before taking on this role she was in Coach Development at Tennis Australia and coaching the under 14 girls at the National Academy.

Along with her qualifications as a TA Master Club Professional and certificates in Sports Coaching, Training and Assessing, and Fitness – Strength and Conditioning Coach, Dee has had experience as a Conference Speaker in Australia, Under 12’s girls Victorian team manager, and Business Development Manager for fitness chains across the county.
