Wayne is one of only 3 coaches with the highest certification levels in Canada (Level 4 Coach/Club Professional 3). He is also a PTR Professional and USPTA Elite Professional. He is a multi-award winning coach for Development and High Performance Coaching including being runner up for the Coaching Canada Development Coach of the Year award given from nominated coaches from every sport nation-wide. He has also been the Canadian Tennis Professional Association Coach of the Year and Coaching Educator of the Year.  He has created large portions of the Tennis Canada certification materials including a majority of the Red/Orange/Green curriculum. He has presented at multiple National and ITF coaching conferences.
